This classic East German Zeiss lens has been adapted and precisely adjusted for ARRI PL mount and is ready to work as a practical vintage cinema prime. The modification includes a fully de-clicked aperture, allowing smooth and continuous iris adjustments during a shot, plus two follow-focus gears fitted to the focus and aperture controls. The lens has been fully cleaned, mechanically adjusted and re-lubricated. Focus and aperture operation have been prepared specifically for cinematography use.
