The optical modification produces neutral oval anamorphic-style bokeh and attractive neutral cinematic flares while retaining a spherical image. Unlike a true anamorphic lens, this lens does not require de-squeezing in post-production. For an anamorphic-inspired presentation, simply compose or crop your footage to approximately 2.35:1 in post.

The aperture mechanism has been de-clicked, allowing smooth, continuous exposure adjustments during filming. Glass condition: The optics are in good vintage condition. There is very minor age-related wear on the glass, typical for a vintage lens of this period. This minor wear is not expected to affect the final image under normal shooting conditions.
